RTI uses a variety of high-speed, high-precision CNC systems to mill, drill, and tap small plastic and metal parts in prototype and production volumes alike. Our diverse engineering and machining backgrounds allow us to expertly produce highly complex parts within a 0.0002″ tolerance with ease.
Keeping our manufacturing process in-house makes communication between you, our engineers and our machine shop faster and easier. In-house manufacturing allows us to easily shift direction or make changes in response to any new requirements of the test solution or updates to the current design. Bringing manufacturing in-house has proven to be more cost-effective for building custom test solutions, especially if you only require a low-volume order.
Our skilled machinists are experienced in working with a variety of high-performance materials to meet your test requirements. Finished parts are pulled and inspected against the manufacturing print and fit checked with other parts involved in the final assembly. All finished assemblies undergo a range of quality inspections in optical and electrical measurements to ensure a working solution out the door.
RTI began designing and building custom test solutions for the semiconductor industry in 1989. Our design library has grown since then to include thousands of unique test sockets, test fixtures, and custom interface solutions designed to meet the evolving demands of tomorrow’s test and measurement world.
